Art Therapy & Counseling
According to the American Art Therapy Association, Art Therapy is an integrative mental health and human services profession that enriches the lives of individuals, families, and communities through active art-making, creative process, applied psychological theory, and human experience within a psychotherapeutic relationship. Art Therapy is a process for an individual to seek new awareness and change by studying their own behavior, lifestyle, values, beliefs, and relationships. Art making can honor experience and give voice to that which is not easily described with words.
Each session is client-centered to meet your unique needs. Art Therapy & Counseling may include artistic expression, art-based assessments, or more traditional methods of psychotherapy.
Transpersonal Psychology
Transpersonal Psychology recognizes the yearning for spiritual unfolding as one of the givens of human growth and development.
Transpersonal experiences expand our usual categories of understanding beyond the personal to include a larger view of awareness.
Through a transpersonal lens, I incorporate personal spiritual experience as part of the therapeutic process. This can include creativity, mindfulness practices, meditation, spiritual and somatic experience.
Telehealth
Currently, due to COVID-19, I offer telehealth, remote art therapy and counseling services to residents of Colorado.
Requests for in-person contact will be met on a case-by-case basis.

Fee information
My fee is $80 for a 50-minute Individual Therapy Session.
Sliding scale fees are available for those in need.
I do not take insurance or Medicaid at this time.
I offer a free 15 minute consultation call.
